  • The moderation team here at Atlas Development is in charge of maintaining a safe chat environment for all members as well as ensuring that moderation related complaints or threats get handled. As a member of the moderation team you will be tasked with dealing with many things from users arguing in #general, or a moderation report through our support tickets. Moderators must be able to communicate well with users in a professional manner while also being fun to be around. We ask that all moderators treat users with respect because without respect being given to others respect will not be received. If you apply to become a Moderator you will start on a probationary (trial) period as a Trial Moderator. As a trial moderator you will be tasked with the same things as a Moderator, you are still able to carry out moderation actions but you will be monitored by the management team on your ethics and decision making skills. Once you complete your trial period you will be promoted to a Moderator. There is no set time period on the trial period, it can take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days, it all depends on you!
