Welcome to Atlas Development. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Discord bots, web dashboards, developer utilities, and any custom development or hosting services provided by Atlas Development (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using our Services, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirements outlined in Discord’s Terms of Service (generally 13 years or older, depending on your jurisdiction). If you do not agree to these Terms, or do not meet the age requirements, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Atlas Development provides a variety of tools, including but not limited to:

  • Free Services: Public Discord bots, developer utilities, and dashboards.

  • Paid Services: Premium bot features, custom bot/website creation, and web/bot hosting.

  • Open Source vs. Proprietary: Unless explicitly licensed under an open-source agreement in an official Atlas Development repository, all code, bots, and software provided by Atlas Development are proprietary and closed-source. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute our proprietary software.

3. Account Access & Authentication

  • Discord OAuth: Many of our web dashboards and tools require authentication via Discord OAuth. By logging in, you grant us permission to view basic account details necessary to provide the Service.

  • Unauthenticated Tools: Certain developer utilities and in-server bot configurations do not require an account or login. Your use of these unauthenticated tools remains subject to these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content & Image Uploads

Certain Services, such as the Ban Database, allow you to upload images and files.

  • Processing: When you upload files, they are converted and stored on Atlas Development's hardware.

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Atlas Development a license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

  • Responsibility: You are strictly prohibited from uploading illicit, illegal, or copyrighted material you do not have permission to share.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Atlas Development Services for any harmful or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you may not:

  • Engage in or promote any illegal behaviors or activities.

  • Abuse our APIs (e.g., rate-limit evasion, spamming endpoints, or launching denial-of-service attacks).

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines through the use of our bots.

  • Use our tools to harass, maliciously target, or distribute harmful content to other users or servers.

6. Data Privacy & Retention

We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to provide and secure our Services. While our complete data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge the following key data terms:

  • Command Logging: Bot command usage is logged and retained for 14 days to assist with debugging and enforcement of these Terms.

  • Server Configuration: Server-specific bot configurations are stored indefinitely to ensure seamless functionality. This data is removed if the bot is kicked from the server, or after a period of prolonged inactivity in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection guidelines.

  • Data Deletion: You may request the removal of your personal or server data at any time by utilizing our data removal portal.

7. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your access to any Atlas Development Service, Discord bot, or dashboard at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: While we strive for 100% uptime and reliability, all Services are provided on an "as-is" and "best-effort" basis. Atlas Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of our tools.

  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Development shall not be liable for any data loss, server disruptions, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.
