The Bot provides logging and moderation tools for Discord servers. This may include logging deleted messages, edited messages, user joins/leaves, and command usage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use the Bot.

3. Data Collection and Use

By using the Bot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Bot may collect and store message metadata and limited content for logging and moderation.

  • Logs may include user IDs, message timestamps, and content (if applicable).

  • Data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and is not shared or sold.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Bot for illegal or harmful activities

  • Exploit or abuse the Bot or its features

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot’s functionality

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot, including in your server, complies with applicable laws and Discord's policies.

5. Availability and Modifications

We may update or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, errors, or changes to the Bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the Bot to any user or server at our sole discretion, especially if these Terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
