  • Other Metadata: No IP addresses or personal device information is collected via the Discord bots themselves.

B. From Our Websites, Utilities, and Web Services

  • User-Generated Content: For specific services like the Ban Database, users may upload files and images. This content is converted and stored on Atlas Development’s hardware.

  • Server Configuration Data: Data related to a server's bot configuration (such as settings, channel IDs, and role IDs) is stored indefinitely to ensure continuous operation. However, this data is automatically flagged for deletion if the bot is removed from the Discord server or if the server reaches an extended inactivity limit in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection guidelines.

  • Website Data: Cookie-related and analytics data are retained in accordance with standard industry practices (typically up to 14 months).

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, and bot functionality under strict data protection agreements.
